Invitation for Presentation for Technical Evaluation stage on 18th and 19th February, 2019
INVITATION FOR PRESENTATION
Mission Director (AMRUT), Urban Development Directorate, Uttarakhand through Town and Country Planning Department invited RFP for selection of consultants to prepare GIS Based Master Plans separately for five AMRUT cities/ towns in Uttarakhand for which bids were opened by the Consultancy Evaluation Review Committee (CERC) on 28th January, 2019. After evaluation of Pre-qualification criteria, following firms are invited to give a short presentation for evaluation of the “Adequacy of the proposed work plan in response to ToR” component (a. Understanding the ToR b. Methodology suggested c. Adequacy of the proposed work plan) of the Technical Evaluation stage on the dates below.

The presentation will start from 11:00 am at the Headquarters, Town and Country Planning Department, Uttarakhand, Fifth Floor, Rajiv Gandhi Mutlipurpose Complex, Dispensary Road, Dehradun and will be conducted in the sequence given above. The representatives of the firms should be present accordingly alongwith the editable softcopy of the presentation in CD format for submission.
